You will receive a detailed confirmation voucher. When you book by telephone, the vouchers will be sent to you directly on payment receipt. If you book your voucher online, you will receive your payment by fax immediately. In any case, the next business day a copy is mailed.
In order to receive full refund, you must have canceled within 24 hours of reservation (not your booking date). A credit to a future booking will be issued for cancelations made after 24 hours of booking date. Cancelations resulting from Covid-19, closures to towns and states or any kind of pandemic will be made in accordance with our standard cancelation policy.
Animals in cars are not allowed, however, with the exception of service animals in written consent. In any vehicle, service animals are permitted but guests must inform us in advance and continue to be responsible for cleaning costs after the animal.

No smoking policy, either allowing your passengers to smoke or driver smoking

Applicable Fees:

Smoking – Odor only: $50* – A smoking “odor only” fee can be charged for lingering smoke scent that requires removal.

Smoking – Odor with evidence: $150* – A smoking “odor with evidence” fee can be charged for smoke scent removal and cleaning of physical remnants of smoking (eg. ash, cigarette butts, etc.)

Multiple cleaning issues: $250* – A “multiple” cleaning fee can be charged for any combination of cleaning, smoking, and/or pet hair issues.


All taxes are applied in at the quote, the rates they do not include insurance coverage.
Taxes to additional charges may apply.

TICKETS: for any ticked issued in the timeframe you have the car leased, we will charge your credit card of the ticket amount, surcharged of $50 for administrative fees.

TOLLS: You have to use the SunPass system in Florida for highway and bridges tolls, we can rent one device to you or you can provide by yourself. For any tolls you did not paid eventually we’ll charge your credit card with and additional fee of $20.

All taxes and fees are already applied to the quoted price. Additional fees are for an additional driver, $25 under the age of 21. Additional fees ($50 – $250) are due to failure to return the vehicle with proper fuel amount; excessively dirty vehicle; smoking or vaping in the vehicle; and or damages to the vehicle, or late check out.
Driver must be 21 years of age or older and with a valid Driving License.
Proof of Full-coverage Liability Insurance is required during pickup or we can provide Renter’s Collision Protection to be purchased before pickup.
We are entitled to refuse to provide service to anyone who is intoxicated or influenced by any substance which is in hung-over or unsafe. No reimbursement will be offered only for another day.
You can drive all over Florida. No out of state or border crossing driving unless authorized by ‘Elite Cars Miami’ Rentals. All of our vehicles have GPS to notify us if a vehicle leaves our perimeter
We Require a minimum of $500 to $2500 USD deposit depending on the vehicle. Deposits are fully refundable once the vehicle is inspected upon return. Deposits can take 5-7 business days or sometimes longer depending on your banking system.
